The smell of coffee and the taste of it in the morning get you up to head downstairs. Then you change into your jogging gear, putting your headphones on, to take a few laps in the woods. It could be you get friends who talk you into this, or you may just really enjoy the idea of being one of the first to be there when the sun shines through the trees.

Going on the streets or beyond the trees is not so much about wanting to unlock mysteries of the woods. It is more in the idea of being able to jog fast and keep a manageable pace so you can be easy on your breathing. This now, is a different thing somehow. While you may still consider it as some sort of exercise, it is already programmed to fit your stamina, endurance and control in body and mind. Especially when you know that your long runs definitely means something deeper than what it actually is. You're bound to find a sense of new power and some kind of legwork rebirth, if you know what that means.
