The essence is to build up a good relationship so that they can always keep in touch with one another and with the school too. They also learn leadership qualities as they are actively involved in piloting the affairs of the clubs.

If girls must learn how to sit or compose themselves in the public, the school management believes that the right time to inculcate this discipline is during their high school education. Therefore, the girls are taught to sit properly in the classroom and to raise their hands for permission to talk when they want to make a contribution in class.
